Responsibilities of the Junior Software Engineer:
You will be working with other members of the R&D team on extending and
improving components of speech understanding based documentation platform
You will participate in designing and implementing algorithms, tools and
methodologies within a state-of-the-art software development process.
You will collaborate with other members of the R&D team to identify, analyze and
resolve technical issues.
Job Requirements
Requirements of the Junior Software Engineer:
At least 0-2 years of experience participating in software development projects
Proficient in
Java, C++ and scripting languages (e.g. Python, Perl, …)
XML and related technologies
Text processing/manipulation, particularly using regular expressions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Integrate and communicate well in small R&D teams
B.S./M.S. degree in CS or related engineering fields
Desired Skills of the Junior Software Engineer:
Experience with natural language processing tools & algorithms
Experience in a healthcare-related field
The Junior Software Engineer is a direct hire opportunity with one of our
clients in Pittsburgh, PA. Target salary range is $50,000 - $60,000, depending
upon experience. No sponsorship available.
