The Computational Linguist – Test will be responsible for maintaining and
improving the 
set of scripts and tools used to test NLU grammars and statistical models used
in natural 
language applications for consumer devices.  He or she will also test the 
grammars/models for multiple projects and generate performance reports.

Skills/Requirements

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Experience with working on NLP/NLU technologies 

 Good analytical skills

 Strong scripting skills (Python & Bash)

 Eagerness to carry research ideas into working products

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that includes frequent releases

 The following are a plus

 Good understanding of C# or Java

 Good understanding of Unix based operating systems

 Good database knowledge; MS SQL, Oracle, SQLite

 Experience with developing NLP applications for Information Extraction or
Question Answering

 Any knowledge of speech technology

 Experience with BNF and XML is a plus
